You will lead QA Operations team primarily responsible for in-process quality inspection and final batch disposition activities in line with cGMP requirements and operational objectives. Ensures adequate resources and quality processes are in place to provide quality support to operations, ensuring compliant and timely performance, company procedures and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Effectively assigns, coordinates and supervises daily tasks for QA Operations staff in order to ensure on-time release of quality products to customers. Including batch record review and archiving of files and retained samples.
  • Responsible for Quality shopfloor oversights including in-process and final product testing, timely response to quality issues, deviations and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Acts as Data Integrity lead to support the execution of the DI site plan
  • Ensures efficient communication with internal/ external stakeholders involved in the product release process (QC, supply chain, etc)
  • Sets clear objectives to staff and supervises key performance metrics aligned with site operational and quality objectives.
  • Reviews, approves and/ or provides quality expertise to relevant Quality documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions, Change Controls(QA Assessment), Validation protocols and reports, Deviations and investigations related to customer complaints.
  • Actively represents QA operations in relevant governance meetings (CAPA board, change control board, validation and project committees, etc).
  • Promotes safety and quality mentality and quality excellence approach on shopfloor to ensure operational activities are consistently carried out

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree or equivalent experience in the life sciences field
  • Proficient English and Dutch language skills, French is a plus
  • Experience with ISO9001 environment, certification is a plus
