The Platform Supply Chain Excellence Lead is a pivotal role to drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance planning efficiency, and ensure alignment with global business objectives.

Role / Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive platform supply chain strategy to optimize performance.
  • Identify and implement supply chain improvement projects, with a focus on process enhancement.
  • Develop supply chain processes tailored to the platform and ensure training for partners within the platform's supply chain community.
  • Establish and track critical metrics for supply chain operations to measure efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate the development and management of ERP systems and Master Data Management to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Work together with site supply chain to make sure standard methodologies are shared and implemented globally.
  • Drive initiatives focused on cost reduction, inventory optimization, and sustainability.
  • Analyze market trends and supply chain challenges to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Cultivate a culture of perfection and continuous improvement within the supply chain organization.

Minimum Required Qualifications / Skills:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management or Business Management
  • CPIM APICS preferred
  • Proven track record of driving supply chain excellence in a global context.
  • Solid experience in developing and measuring critical metrics, process improvement methodologies, ERP systems, and Master Data Management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with supply chain technology and digital transformation initiatives.
