As the Project Delivery Manager for key growth investment projects at Lonza, this engineering leader will ensure successful project completion – on time, within budget, and in accordance to the required quality standards.

What you'll do:
Lead project planning and execution across engineering, design, construction, CQV phases.
Oversee budgets, resources, and procurement of equipment and materials.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, legal, and regulatory standards.
Manage multi-functional project teams and vendor coordination.
Track progress, mitigate risks, and resolve project issues.
Report project status and updates to partners and senior leadership.
Build and maintain strong vendor and contractor relationships.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related scientific field, with solid grasp of CDMO business operations.
5–7+ years of engineering/project management in chemical, API, or pharma industries.
Skilled in project budgeting, scheduling, and results delivery.
Broad technical expertise in API plant engineering (utilities, process, automation).
Experience with facility design and modern CQV methodologies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio; strong cGMP knowledge.
Strong communicator in English, with leadership and team development skills.
