Since joining Lonza, as a Site Head I have been involved in areas, such as MSAT, Finance, Supply Chain and Quality, to ensure we are aligned with our strategy and our targets. In addition, I have the pleasure of representing Lonza in different external forums such as local government events. The responsibility of growing a site is a great pleasure and a great opportunity to grow as a leader, enabling my team to strive for a culture that allows everyone at the site to innovate. My motivation is to help people grow and progress in their career path, and to make Stein a successful Lonza site and provide high customer satisfaction.
At Drug Product Services in Stein, we provide our customers with filled vials for clinical and commercial use. We are focused on operating sustainability, which can make a great difference to our future lives.
I enjoy working at Lonza because it has a diverse environment. Everyone is supportive of each other, open-minded, and trustful. All these different aspects that I experience daily help me to make fast decisions without fear.
Beyond work, I find immense joy in spending time with my family, as well as cooking and motorbiking.
