You are invited to attend the MODA-EM™ SME Training Course & Users Group.
This 2 day, interactive course will cover various aspects of SME and Administration Activities within the MODA-EM™ System
Attendees would be QC, QA, microbiology, manufacturing super users, new business side administrators, IT or Laboratory Systems Administrators. Items covered in this training will include Master Data creation and management, scheduling, change management, audit support, IT Infrastructure, upgrade processes and challenges, adding devices with a focus on best practices for the day to day use of MODA-EM™.
Ideal for anybody new to MODA-EM™ that did not participate in previous end user training sessions or has transitioned into a support role.
Additionally, anyone who is interested in providing feedback into the future of MODA™, whether it is big picture items or more detailed feature requests, all feedback is welcome.

The participation fee is $2,500.00/€2,250 net per person. The fee includes all costs for the workshop and training materials, as well as lunches and Tuesday evening dinner.
For 2 delegates the fee is $2,250.00/€2,000 per person
For 3 or more delegates the fee is $1,875.00/€1,700 per person
