Nucleofection™ Performance
Example for Nucleofection™ of MG-63 cells
MG-63 cells were transfected by Nucleofection™ using the pmaxGFP™ Vector. 24 hours post Nucleofection™, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence microscopy (B).
For the 4D-Nucleofector™ Kits "L" and "S" indicate the Nucleocuvette™ Vessel format. L = 100 µl single Nucleocuvette™, S = 16-well Nucleocuevtte™ Strip.
