Product Overview:
HEPES buffer is designed for use in open vessels incubated under atmospheric conditions. HEPES (N’-2-Hydroxyethylpiperazine-N’-2 ethanesulphonic acid) behaves as a zwitterion. The sodium chloride concentration of HEPES buffered medium has been reduced in order to maintain the same Osmolality of the original media formulations. Usage: 25 mM concentration – 25 ml/L All BioWhittakerTM Cell Culture Media products are for Research Use Only (RUO) and are not approved for human or veterinary use or for use in clinical or in vitro diagnostic procedures.
