Dominique Roberge, Ph.D.

Dominique Roberge is the R&D Group Leader of Chemical Manufacturing Technologies at Lonza’s site in Visp, Switzerland, where he works the development, optimization, and qualification of small-molecule processes. Since joining Lonza in 2001, Dominique has served in a number of roles, including Laboratory Head in charge of reaction engineering (calorimetry) and safety assessment and Project Leader for Microreactor Technology. Since 2008, his work has a focus on the technical and business development of continuous-flow technology. He has also served as an Associate and is still an Adjunct Professor at the University of Ottawa and supervises graduate students on practicum work in Visp for their theses. Dominique earned bachelor and master's degrees in Chemical Engineering at Laval University before earning a doctoral degree from the University of Technology Aachen in the field of Heterogeneous Catalysis.
