The role is responsible for supporting global projects in the area of Corporate Accounting & External Reporting. Expert in Accounting & Controlling, responsible for leading project tasks, tracking progress, and reporting to project team. Additionally the role actively ensures compliance of the projects to global guidelines and training of relevant project collaborators.

Key responsibilities:

• Support of global projects, as subject matter expert in the area of Corporate Accounting & External Reporting

• Manage finance related project tasks to ensure compliance and conceptual integration of projects to global guidelines

• Tracking of project achievements & activities and project reporting

• Training collaborators on global guidelines

• Collaborating with key collaborators such as Business Platform Controlling, Global Operations Controlling, FP&A, Group IT, GBSO and Supply Chain

• Ad-hoc support of extended project team as needed

Key requirements:

• Bachelor in Finance/Controlling or Accounting

• Relevant experience in the area of financial and management accounting

• Experience in Pharma/Biotech or manufacturing industry is an advantage

• Excellent Finance management & Financial IT System skills

• Excellent communication skills to provide mentorship to diverse collaborators in a global organization

• Strong project management skills, relevant project management experience at global level is a plus

• Must be proficient in English for business purposes; knowledge of German is advantageous
