We have 4 openings in Bend, OR for this year's Pharmaceutical Product Development & Manufacturing Rotational Program. Join our team and spend about 6 months in different departments such as Quality, Analytical Development, Product Development, and MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology). This will help you develop skills in various technologies and gain exposure to our Small Molecules Leadership Team. After completing the rotations (around 2 years), you will be offered a permanent position in one of these departments based on business need and your preference.

What you will experience in this role:

  • Exposure to different functions of our work and development of skills in varied technologies and exposure to non-technical departments providing a broader talent base for growth
  • On-Site Steering Committee set-up to give support in training and development as well as reviewing the transition points ahead of rotations
  • Opportunity to present your experience to on-site and global leaders and discuss standard methodologies and improvements
  • Building of Graduate cohort within the group, as well as mentorship relationship with current employees for personal support in addition to the professional support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Join multiple departments and work with collaborative teams that solve challenging problem statements
  • Learn from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Work on multiple programs at any given time with a range of indications
  • Opportunities for cross-training and exposure to various teams within each department and across the site
  • Work in brand new manufacturing and analytical facilities
  • Potential for involvement in publications and patents
  • Observe and align with good manufacturing and quality control laboratory practices

Key Requirements:

  • Must be domestically mobile and willing to relocate to Bend
  • Must be recent graduate with bachelor's degree
  • Type of degrees to be considered to include Engineering and Chemistry, but would be open to any relevant technical degrees in the fields for rotational program
  • Promote safety and demand high-quality standards for work being performed
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate technical results through verbal and written means
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment
