Electrical supervisor will handle all responsibilities to support plant production and outer area with respect to electrical and mechanically operations and maintenance. Core responsibility will be to monitor and regulate the downtime of any operating machine in production and outer area. Minimum spares availability awareness and clarity will be covered in routine activity. Accomplish the projects on time with full support.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain Electrical systems as per SOP and performance monitoring.
  • Electrical Log Book filling and review Troubleshooting related to plant & production machines under scope.
  • Maintaining CLTI for equipment, panels & Lighting fixtures. ISO Documentation – Auditable docs.
  • Keep good behaviors and maintain good IR relations Keep uptime of utilities equipment (Like AHU, CHILLERS, AIR COMPRESSORS, BOILER, Process Ro plant, DM plant).
  • Generate ideas and initiative closing unsafe conditions.
  • Review SOP and checklist as per requirement.
  • Creating a idea generation environment from the team for saving and sustainability
  • Ensure all work executed by third party vendors is monitored on periodic basis for quality and adherence to safety procedures
  • Recorded Handover- smoothly – Shift transition activity. Daily & periodic reporting to direct manager for performance evaluation of the electrical & electrical safety equipment & electronic awareness & alert operation during duty hours.
  • Project handling in terms of Electrical and Electronics portion of Project

Key requirements:

  • Degree in B.tech/Mechanical Engineering.
  • A work experience of between 5years to 10 years in the similar role.
  • Electrical Panel maintenance including Electrical safety related equipment.
  • Measuring device & Sensor function check fix and report for any abnormality.
  • Critical Spares inventory check & maintain for sudden breakdown attending.
  • Electrical panel maintenance – Co-ordinate with shift electrician for preventive maintenance of the electrical items.
  • Instrument maintenance – Co-ordinate with plant instrumentation team for preventive maintenance of the electrical/instrument items.
