The ERP and Master Data Specialist DPS Growth Project 80-100% is responsible for creation and management of new part set-up, recipe, and BOM process and any other associated data objects. Manages any changes in the ERP (SAP) System.

Key responsibilities:

  • Autonomous owner of  the Master Data Setup in SAP R3 for several filling lines with global and local support in a fast growing environment

  • Design and modification of BOMs, Recipes, resources, COA Profiles, Inspection Plans and Inspection Characteristics in SAP

  • Ensure SOPs related to new part set-up, BOM, recipe creations are up to date and usable

  • Improve processes related to new part-set up

  • Creation and maintenance of partcodes in SAP (Material Master)

  • Coordination of extension of parts in other plants

  • In charge of changes required within the SAP system

Key requirements:

  • Strong experience in SAP and MS Office

  • Apprenticeship with strong working experience in the industry or academical degree in Supply Chain or Business Management

  • Significant working experience in Supply Chain in a production environment, preferred in a GMP regulated environment

  • Experience in Operations within Pharma Industry preferable

  • Certification in APICS and/or CPIM would be a plus

  • Fluency in German and English
