Manager Territory Sales - Poland

Connected to our Bornem, Belgium | Lonza site, we have an open position for Territory Sales Manager Poland. This position and all its activities will be located in Poland.
The professional will focus on sales at existing and new customers, identify and evaluate business opportunities to grow Lonza`s share in the Consumer Health and Nutrition market (Hard Capsules). He/She works closely with divisional and regional business leaders in order to identify and select strategic business opportunities and to define effective plans to secure growth for Lonza by targeting not only the traditional hard capsule needs, but to look for ways to develop business at marketing, consumer health care and other non-traditional hard capsule companies. He/She will coordinate assigned cross functional projects between Sales/NPD/R&D/Operations with the objective to grow the business. He/she will be responsible for establishing the market evaluation positioning and introduction of new products, services, and technologies in the region
Responsible for sales and generating new business & expansion of the customer base through direct customer visits
Must be able to generate and close new business opportunities by promoting current technologies and emerging - technologies as they become available
Identifies market trends, assesses market potential and develops strategies to grow Lonza ́s market share in the - Consumer Healthcare Industries.
Makes presentations and implements development projects at nutricion/pharma or supplements customers, sets in place the - required project plans and executes the plan and closes new business.
Provides timely customer support and defines and interfaces with internal resources, when necessary.
Works with Capsugel marketing, sales and product development to develop strategies that ensures Lonza ́s - position as a multi products solution provider for customers’ existing products and new product introductions.
At least a B.Sc. degree, Business or technical field, MBA or similar degree
Fluently in the languages; Polish, English and German
Relevant experience at least 6-7 years
Experience in the following area's; nutrition / pharma / supplements
Stakeholder management skills, project management skills, cross functional experience with different departments and marketing / product portfolio experience
