For Drug Product Services (DPS), our successful Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) branch, located in Basel, Switzerland, we have exciting opportunities. Key responsibilities:
Accountable for the creation of proposals that meets our customers’ needs
Responsible for the evaluation and translation of RFI’s/RFP ‘s into project scope, timelines, costs and pricing
Defines scope based on information from subject matter experts and evaluation team
Presents scope, operational model and costing to commercial development for sign off and price setting.
Connects with other sites and technologies to ensure the whole Customer Product Lifecycle
Organizes internal meetings to align team and assure collection of critical information
Acts as the liaison between the Sales team and Heads of Departments
Leads the proposal process and work closely with Business Development and Account Management
Generates technical project strategies to assist the customer
Key requirements:
Master’s in life sciences or related discipline
At least 3 years industry experience in a Pharmaceutical/CDMO company in the field of Drug Product
Solid understanding of Drug Product development
Ability to manage multiple, scientific projects and make sound scientific and regulatory interpretations and judgments.
Strong project coordination and management skills
Strong interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills appropriate to a matrix environment
Ability to identify creative commercial, workable solutions
Proficient in both written and spoken English Language
