The Lead Training DPS Growth Project is responsible for the training strategy and concept of a new sterile Drug product facility in a Capital investment project. The Lead Training DPS Growth Project will ensure that the operational training programs fulfill quality and business needs.
Key responsibilities:
Take responsibility for ensuring that new employees within the operations department receive an effective and comprehensive onboarding experience that enables them to understand their roles and responsibilities, company policies, and GMP requirements
Liaise with operations team, QA and other functions to ensure training programs align with quality and business goals supporting functional objectives
Lead training development strategy and programs as well as related material for all levels
Manage relationships with external institutions and universities on expert & vocational training as well as re-training measures
Responsible for recruitment of apprentices in collaboration with assigned trainers
Work closely with global training project teams and other Lonza sites representing the training function during audits and inspections
Coach and mentor technical trainers acting as role model within the organization to drive quality culture
Provide onboarding training and advanced support during induction phase of new employees
Key requirements:
Desirable BSc. in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent
Work experience as process support on shop floor of GMP manufacturing, QA or QC
Proven process understanding (Pharma, GMP, Regulatory aspects) of quality procedures and SOP execution
Prowess to effectively communicate, collaborate, and foster positive interactions with team members and stakeholders
Fluency in English and German
