As a Member of the Operations Team in a Capital investment project, the MSAT Expert provides scientific expertise to support fill and finish activities with respect to safety, quality and on-time full delivery. Key responsibilities:

  • Write, Review and Execution of Qualification / Validation protocols and reports (PQ and APS)

  • Participate in GMP risk analysis for the manufacturing processes and Contamination Control Strategy of the facility

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of standardized MSAT procedures and processes (e.g. qualification standard and strategy, single use system…)

  • Work as MSAT expert in Capital investment projects for building and commissioning of the manufacturing units

  • Partake in cross-functional teams as MSAT Expert tasked with technology transfers (process implementation and transfer) and timely process implementation at manufacturing scale

  • Manage whole lifecycle of assigned projects from planning over coordination, implementation, control and project completion aligned with project management goals

Key requirements:

  • MSc. preferred in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent scientific degree / equivalent experience

  • Significant experience in sterile DP manufacturing

  • Knowledge in ramping up new production lines and project management is an asset.

  • Experience in international inspection / audit is an asset

  • Good communication skills and interaction with a variety of interfaces within the organization and on the shop floor

  • Fluency in English, German is an asset
