The Regional CQV Lead (EMEA/ASIA) is responsible to support any CAPEX-Projects from initiation to Facility Licensing for production by authority. The responsibility is ending with the final closure of all CFRs  and QFRs.
 

Key responsibilities:
 

  • Responsible for overall regional SGIE CQV Programs to meet key project timelines, within budget, delivered in a safe and environmental friendly manner, compliant with regulatory requirements and in accordance with approved Lonza policies & procedures.

  • Overall planning & effective deployment of SMEs, including deployment of suitably trained resources to support CQV activities for regional SGIE Growth Projects, during Initiation & Execution/Delivery phases.

  • Developing, assigning and maintaining appropriate Global/Regional CQV training programs, providing training Globally/Regionally and regional Lonza sites, as required.

  • Support / Participate in key Global SGIE harmonization initiatives, instituting best practices and implementing continuous improvements programs.

  • Collaboration with Site functions to ensure CQV strategy,  logistics, resources and delivery are aligned, and meet stipulated targets & timelines.

Key requirements:
 

  • Master Degree in Pharma / Engineering / Science or related/relevant field

  • 10+ yrs in Pharma and/or Biotech

  • Very Good understanding of how a Pharmaceutical/Bio Science “Contract Manufacturing” business works

  • Experienced in cGMP

  • Strong Leadership skills able to interact globally

  • Financial and Commercial Acumen

  • Very experienced in Project related resource needs, time and cost calculation

  • Experienced as CQV-Lead and / or Project Manager

  • Very matured collaboration and influencing skills and the ability to work together with teams and individuals in a highly matrix environment

  • Language: Excellent command of English, other languages as like German, French desirable

  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to conduct in-depth analysis of complex/large data sets, draw conclusions accordingly, and prepare and support decisions

  • Very experienced at working both independently and team-oriented environment
