Key Responsibilities:
Should have strong Sales Acumen – Ability in Identifying & Developing long term relationships with key customers. Responsible for Sales and Receivables in a territory, with potential to lead all territory sales managers.
Developing accounts plan/Growth plans for the key strategic customers in Salesforce / CRMs to set objectives, define actions, track outcomes and measure revenues.
Should have customer-oriented approach resulting in profitable & sustainable business. Develop and implement customer relationship strategies along with regular tactical working.
Nurture existing and new key relationships should become a Strategic partner & advisor to the customers to generate most effective & profitable business in B2B domain.
Establish effective and efficient customer communication Must understand / analyze changing trends in the Pharmaceutical / Capsule and Nutraceutical industry and adapt to an evolving business environment in India.
Stronger understanding of the Heath Ingredient business and develop solid project pipeline, responsible for assigned sales territory both for local as well as regulated market customers, handle Key and Potential accounts & devise effective strategies both for sales & promotion.
Ability to handle new product launch, technical discussion on various Drug Delivery platforms. Having working knowledge of US & EU regulatory for ANDA markets. Also focus on market share gain with AVD programs.
Must understand / analyses changing trends in the Pharmaceutical & Nutraceutical industry and adapt to an evolving business environment.
Key Requirements:
B.Pharma / B.Sc, + PG will be added advantage with minimum 7 to 8 years of relevant experience.
Excellent in Communication
Skills: Sales planning & strategizing, B2B sales, product promotion, negotiation, market knowledge, communication, business acumen. Experience in B2B sales for Ingredients.
Area Covered: North India
Candidate should be based in Gurgaon or Delhi.
