Responsible for generating new business & expansion of the customer base through direct customer visits in western region of India, also close new business opportunities for capsules & health ingredients by promoting current and emerging technologies as they become available.
Identifies market trends, assesses market potential and develops strategies to grow Lonza Capsule Health Ingredient market share in the Pharma & Consumer Healthcare Markets.
Identifies market trends, assesses market potential and develops strategies to grow Lonza CHI’s market share in the Consumer Healthcare Industries.
Makes presentations and implements development projects at West India customers, sets in place the required project plans, executes the plan and closes new business. Should have good negotiation skills.
Provides timely customer support and defines and interfaces with internal resources, when necessary.
Works with marketing, sales and product development to develop strategies that ensures Lonza CHI’s (Capsule Health Ingredient) position as a multi products / solutions provider for customers’ existing products and new product introductions.
Works with global support teams throughout the development process and render technical support to customers wherever needed.
Continuously strive to create right balance, and co-working culture within the team to ensure smooth working and timely delivery of projects.
Be prompt in handling queries, complaints and take relevant actions to keep the momentum going and achieve final objective.
Should be Bachelor's in pharmacy or B.Sc in Biotech with 8 to 10 years of experience in pharma industry. Out of which minimum 4 to 5 years should have experience in field for B2B business.
Should have Technical Understanding of Pharmaceutical and preferably Nutra experience
Building and sustaining good business relations with customers, posses good negotiation skills.
Candidate should be based in Mumbai.
