The Program Manager CHI Capsules, will lead innovations within the CHI Global Product Development Strategy framework from idea approval until launch authorization. In this role, you will be exposed to several innovative projects and you will have the opportunity to partner with colleagues across different departments
This role requires a good business acumen, X-functional leadership, project management and program management skills.
Work closely with PMO director and the Marketing team, to determine the innovation pipeline as part of the global product development strategy
Be accountable, together with marketing (Product managers) for delivering against established business goals/objectives for the individual innovations in our product development pipeline
Lead cross-functional innovation teams to develop scope for and optimal return-on-investment, develop detailed cross-functional project plans, determine key deliverables, required resources, …
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and key stakeholders
Develop internal and external communication plans for the project to update the key stakeholders on the innovation project progress
Work with other program managers and the PMO director to continuously improve the CHI Program management office effectiveness
Perform other duties that are aligned with the incumbent’s skills, experience and competencies as assigned. These other duties can’t compromise the employee’s wellbeing and workload.
Master in engineering and life sciences
Advanced experience in program management with ability to manage budgets and projects with a technical background
Fluent in English and good knowledge in French or Dutch
2 days on site in Colmar (France) or Bornem (Belgium) required and homeworking is possible the rest of the time
Good communication, influencing and presentation skills
