Team Lead Process Validation, Small Molecules (f/m/d)

The site in Visp, Switzerland is growing and for our Validation organization, we are currently looking for a Team Lead Process Validation (f/m/d) in our Small Molecules Business Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for pharmaceutical manufacturing process validation.
Key responsibilities:
Leading the validation team for the process validation in the chemical plants
Ensuring the harmonization and compliant procedures for our Small Molecules Business Unit
Preparing process specific validation documents (protocols, reports, periodical reviews)
Assessing change requests and deviations
Participating in audits and inspections
Key requirements:
Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Chemistry or related disciplines
Significant experience in chemical operation or validation, in an GMP environment
Experience in handling stakeholder on different management levels
First experience in leading a team and acting as people manager
Ability to handle multiple tasks and to work towards deadlines
Fluency in English (written and spoken), German language skills are a plus
