Key Responsibilities:

The Incumbent shall responsible for ---Sales planning & strategizing, sales promotion, Deliverance of sales budget for the territory, negotiation, Out standing management , market knowledge, building future sales pipeline, relationship management with customer, communication, presentation, business acumen and ownership.

  • Responsible for Sales and Receivables of the territory. 

  • Must understand / analyze changing trends in the Pharmaceutical / Capsule industry and adapt to an evolving business environment.

  • Responsible for assigned sales budget within the territory. Handle Key and Potential accounts and devise effective strategies both for sales & promotion within assigned territory.

  • Ability to handle new product introductions, technical discussion on various Drug Delivery platforms.

  • Having working knowledge of all regulators across the like ,US & EU, TGA, Japan etc. for ANDA markets.

  • Ability to analyze Key markets, products, competition. Ability to handle conflict and difficult customers / situations.

  • Ability to build relationship with Customers. Experience / networking in generic markets catering to US & Europe, TGA, Japan etc.

  • Ethics & values orientation

Key Requirements:

  • B. Pharma / M. Pharma / science degree with minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Pharma Industry (Excipient/API).

  • Skills :  Hardcore Sales driven experience on field specially in Excipients / API Industry. Target Oriented attitude. Experience in covering entire Mumbai and few parts of Maharashtra and Goa.

  • Location : Candidate should be based in Mumbai.
