We hebben een fantastische positie voor een ervaren HR professional om ons team in Bornem als HR Services Advisor te versterken. Dit betreft een voltijdse functie. We zoeken iemand die hoge kwaliteit kan leveren aan de organisatie.
Het team is gefocust om de status quo uit te dagen. We moedigen innoverend denken en samenwerken aan zodat wanneer je een idee hebt of een best practice wil delen in het team, je zeker kan zijn dat dit uitgevoerd zal worden.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je vertegenwoordigt het UK Shared Service Centre ter plaatse en biedt een hoogstaande dienstverlening aan de gehele Lonza onderneming.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers en ondersteunt hen waar nodig.
- Via een automatisch ticket systeem beantwoord je HR en payroll vragen.
- Je voert aanpassingen uit in ons HR systeem (Workday) en werkt nauw samen met managers om ervoor te zorgen dat informatie up-to-date en correct is.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat gedocumenteerde processen actueel blijven.
- Je ondersteunt HR projecten waar dit nodig is.
Vereisten:
- Nauwkeurig met een scherpziend oog voor details.
- Kennis van sociale wetgeving is een must, kennis van Belgische payroll processen een plus.
- Goed georganiseerd en bekwaam om je werk efficiënt te plannen.
- Zelfzeker en communicatief sterk.
- Ons team is bijzonder divers dus goeie samenwerking dragen wij hoog in het vaandel.
- Praktische kennis van HR proces documentatie.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team in Bornem as a HR Services Advisor. The role is offered on a permanent basis and requires someone who has a genuine passion for delivering exceptional high-class service to their organization.

Key responsibilities;
- Act as representative of the UK Shared Service Centre on site and provide best in class customer service to the wider Lonza business
- Partner with key stakeholders and support with ongoing queries
- Attend work council meetings – engaging and contributing where necessary
- Act as a point of contact and respond in a timely and positive manner to general HR and payroll queries that come via a ticketing system
- Process changes within our HR system (Workday) and work closely with line managers to ensure all information is live and correct
- Ensure documented processes remain concise and up-to-date
- Assist with HR projects as necessary
Key requirements;
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
- Dutch speaking with knowledge of local Belgian payroll processes and employment law
- Well organized with excellent time management and the ability to effectively prioritize your workload
- A confident communicator across all formats in both a personable and professional manner
- A team player – whilst you’ll also need to be comfortable working independently, our team is extremely diverse so we encourage collaboration to achieve the best outcome
- Working knowledge of documented HR processes
