For Drug Product Services (DPS), our successful Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) branch, located in Basel and Stein, Switzerland, we have exciting opportunities. Become part of a group that enables its customers to meet some of the greatest challenges in patient treatment and join us by applying for the position as Analytical Shipment Coordinator in Basel.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare and organize internal and external shipments according to protocol for stand alone, stability samples in close collaboration with the requester
Ensure receipt of stand-alone and stability samples including the shipping documentation and datalogger readout
Support for other sample management tasks
Support the continuous revision and optimization of the sample shipment process
Ensure safety and health protection by following lab and safety instructions and all cGMP regulations
Key requirements:
Degree in Pharmaceutical sciences or logistician (CFC) in pharmaceutical industry or apprenticeship as laboratory technician/ logistician in the pharmaceutical industry
Work experience in logistics in the pharmaceutical/ health care industry, preferably in sample management
Fluency in English, German would be an asset
Good planning, organizational & communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Detail oriented & Proactive attitude
