Principal Scientist (m/f/d) Combination Products Development Engineer

For Drug Product Services (DPS), our successful Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) branch, located in Basel, Switzerland, we have exciting opportunities. Support implementation of Lonza prefilled syringe based delivery systems platforms by leading extended characterizations
Initiate and maintain high quality relationship with internal and external partners for assembly and packaging of combination products
Combination product development project lead and subject matter expert
Define, formalize and refine processes within growing spectrum of combination product development services
Ensure technological watch
Academic degree (Master or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
Experience in development of combination products for clinical and commercial stages
Knowledge of fundamentals of design controls as well as knowledge of combination products Risk Management process
Experience in supplier/ customer relations and very good communication, planning and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Fluency in written and spoken English (German an advantage)
