We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern eager to learn and work for an innovative, fast-paced, internationally growing organization. The selected candidate will be working closely with our global Talent and Organization Development Team. The intern will gain insights into global leadership development programs from design to execution.
Key responsibilities:
Collaborate cross-functionally on global employee life-cycle focused projects with a particular focus on Learning and Development
Help in the elaboration and design of communication campaigns for our global Learning and Development Portfolio
Perform analytics to determine the impact of our training and use outcomes to prioritize projects and identify action items.
Organizing and coordinating the weekly T&OD Team Meeting
Supporting the T&OD team in their projects by documenting and reviewing processes and offerings for our customers (the business); coordinating meetings, conduct research, and analyze data
Support the team with back-office support of our offerings, such as LinkedIn Learning, 5Dynamics, MentorCliq, etc.
Key requirements:
Demonstrates high flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and under the pressure of deadlines.
Being able to prioritize projects to ensure timely completion of deliverables and milestones
Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Strong service orientation; Ability to maintain effectiveness and professionalism when experiencing a change in work tasks and when communicating and collaborating with senior leaders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, bilingual such as German is a plus
Great PowerPoint and presentation skills
Good Excel skills; be able to create and comprehend Excel spreadsheets for reports
Excellent PowerPoint skills
Great knowledge of Zoom and MS Teams
Preferably a background in HR, Marketing or Communication
