Maintenance & Calibration Manager (f/m/d)

Our site in Verviers is growing and we are currently looking for a Maintenance & Calibration Manager.
Ensure the responsibility of two teams, total responsibility of 10 FTEs. This includes the Training of Personnel, the planning Management, the participation in the elaboration of operating budgets, as well as the daily aspects of a team’s life
Supports the development and continuous improvement of the site Reliability Program. Instrumental in the development and execution of the work flow and reliability Program Road Map.
Develops and implements sustainable programs, tools, and processes to improve plant operability and reliability and leads major reliability and maintenance continuous improvement initiatives.
Owns the overall Risk-Based Maintenance Strategy and supports the development of metrics and reporting to assess the effectiveness of the program to identify continuous improvement opportunities. Document owner for Maintenance and Reliability organizations.
Implements and improves applicable predictive maintenance technologies, reliability engineering methodologies, Critical Spare Part Program, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), criticality assessments, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Operational Excellence efforts centered on reliability.
University degree (mechanical engineering, process engineering), technical college degree (FH)/technical college (HF).
Experience in the field of biotech/pharmaceutical production
Good knowledge of GMP and SAP.
Ability to work independently and flexibly, strong teamwork skills.
Good communication skills.
Structured, focused and very well organised work behaviour.
Native French required and fluent English is a must.
