The Operation Support Technician is responsible to perform production support activities, facilitating readiness of production and smooth execution in accordance with the manufacturing schedule. To operate safely and ensure cGMP compliant manner at all times


  • Perform GMP support activities in Manufacturing areas, e.g., material sanitization and kitting activities.

  • Working Knowledge of at least three functional areas within logistics (Receiving/Shipping/Inventory Management/Warehouse/FPA) and ability to backfill in area as required.

  • Ensure Good Documentation Practice including proper GMP document archiving accurately.

  • Co-ordinates with Contract Cleaners performing the manufacturing area sanitization to maintain facility cleanliness and standards

  • May perform routine area sanitization tasks as needed

  • Ensures cleaners stock up gowning rooms with appropriate sizes and quantity of the required gowns and gowning items.

  • Ensures waste removal from the Manufacturing areas

  • Adheres to production schedule in preparing materials for production in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Coordinates the delivery and movement of raw material and intermediates throughout manufacturing

  • Maintains inventory of consumables in manufacturing areas

  • Provides coaching and mentoring to junior members of the tea

  • Trains contract cleaner performing manufacturing area sanitization

  • Involves in cross-functional improvement projects I

  • Perform daily activities in 12hours shift or Normal shift as planned by management.

  • Any other duties as assigned by Lead/ Manager

  • Diploma/ NITEC in life sciences or related disciple

  • Demonstrates an ability and desire to learn from experience

  • Plans, prioritizes and organizes work to deliver on time

  • Ensures quality standards are maintained while delivering results
