Key responsibilities:

  • You will use you experience to attract top recruiting talent for specific career opportunities in the market, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies 
  • Execute searches on mid-level and niche roles within a specified business function, and delivers high quality, pre-screened, active and passive candidates​
  • Implement sourcing and hiring plans that address both business needs and talent availability by educating managers with market intelligence​
  • Create talent pools as well as pipelining 
  • Implement sourcing and hiring plans that address both business needs and talent availability by educating managers with market intelligence​
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding candidate’s data 
  • Work closely with the Internal Recruiters on a daily basis and support them in order to meet all KPI’s and SLA’s 

Key requirements:

  • A genuine passion for sourcing.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of sourcing best practices. You may have been working inhouse or in agency – RPO or traditional agency.
  • A sourcing background with experience of using multiple sourcing channels 
  • Fluent English and/or German language skills 
  • High level of attention to detail 
  • Skills in reporting and working on different recruitment systems 
  • Ability to work in fast – paced environment 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral 

Knowledge of Pharma, Healthcare or Life Sciences recruitment would be advantageous but not essential
