Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Develop sales of CHI products to achieve agreed targets whilst maximizing profitability through optimizing regional coverage, key account management, market segment focus, and efficient sales pipeline management for responsible countries such as Australia and New Zealand
Lead a team of ASR and TSE who responsible for supporting to achieve revenue and growth targets for CHI products portfolios.
Work with Manager to develop company strategy plan, sales action plan and set clear direction to team member and support functions team member
Drive regional sales and market segment activities to ensure development of the business area potential, realizing the business area targets and effectively implementing the global marketing strategy and tactics in your region
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, establish understanding of marketing share and potential for company’s products, business opportunities and provide feedback to the team on product improvements
Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate team to develop their skill to ensure that high processional standard is achieved and monthly sales target are met
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
Ensure adherence to company core values in term of Ethics, Social Governance, Environment, EHS and Regulatory compliance.
Fosters a culture that embraces errors as a source of innovation
Deliberately uses a structured approach to evaluate work experiences and applies learnings to new situations
Communicates business strategy, measures and tactical plans effectively to all stakeholders and helps them make sense of complexity and uncertainty.
Develops inclusive relationships and alliances engaging internal and external stakeholders
Leads and drives the identification of customer and market needs using data, research and customer relationships
Identify and execute profitable business opportunities
Provides coaching to enable/accelerate success outcomes, Anticipates and resolves challenges .
Demonstrates high integrity and accountability for his/her area ensuring team(s) actions and decisions are aligned to business objectives
Key Requirements:
Bachelor in Science or Master Degree in Science / Pharmacy additional advantage
Experience of minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience into sales or Ingredient Industry.
Ready to travel between Australia & New - Zealand for business purpose
Excellent in bringing new customer
Well Verse with all regulations
