The candidate will create data-driven scenarios, customer-validated analysis, and an understanding of the market and the CHI Service portfolio.

You will work closely with R&D to ensure CHI maintains its innovation leadership. You will be an instrumental member of the marketing Product Management team in developing a "Go to Market" strategy, evolving the capsule portfolio and plan to support the CHI business and financial objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of CHI's service portfolio to ensure customer, market, and financial success, reporting to Head of Portfolio Price and Service PM.
  • To understand the service portfolio market and competitors' trends
  • Develop pricing strategy, execution plan, and monitoring system to ensure we meet financial goals for the service portfolio
  • The candidate will work to create data-driven scenarios and customer-validated analysis and understanding of the market and the CHI Service portfolio.
  • Key Accountabilities: Product Life Cycle Management, Product Innovation, Customer and Market Insights, Competitive Intelligence and Sales Channel and Partnership Management

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience as a Product Manager and/or strong knowledge of industrial machines technologies and auxiliary services
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • 10 years of experience in a job in the pharma and/or nutraceutical and/or industrial machines market
  • Technical background, with experience in equipment for small molecule production and/or nutraceutical productions and auxiliary services
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Must be able to travel 50% of the time
  • Core selling skills creating customer value, technical selling, and effective presentation.
  • Knowledge and experience in drug discovery and drug manufacturing/QC.
  • Computer software skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Interpersonal skills and comfort with public speaking in front of small groups.
