For Drug Product Services (DPS) , our successful Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) branch, located in Basel, Switzerland and Stein, Switzerland, we have exciting opportunities. Become part of a group that enables its customers to meet some of the greatest challenges in patient treatment and join us by applying for the position as Operator, Logistics & Facilities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supplies for laboratories, incl. inventories

  • Warehouse management tasks such as requisition and restock of any lab consumables/chemicals

  • Manage logistics of pharmaceutical samples according to internal procedures (e.g. good receipt and shipments)

  • Provides administrative support

  • Close cooperation with suppliers and local facility management partners

Key requirements:

  • Completed apprenticeship in Life Sciences or a related field (lab technician, logistician)

  • Some experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry, preferably in logistics or facility

  • Good working knowledge and solid experience working in a GMP environment

  • Excellent working knowledge in logistics & facilities

  • Good working knowledge in SAP & windows office applications

  • Good communication and interpersonal skill

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English & German
