Sales Effectiveness Manager- REMOTE

We are seeking an extraordinary Sales Effectiveness Manager to support a variety of functions and responsibilities within the Global Sales Enablement team.  The successful candidate will serve as the lead for Commercial Onboarding, Training, Learning, and Development. This role is fully REMOTE. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Designs and administers the Sales Learning Management System platform, including sales onboarding, marketing trainings, sales methodology trainings, management coaching, and continuous learning and development
  • Evaluates and implements in-house and third-party training programs for the sales organization
  • Owns the Sales Content Management System.  Works with commercial stakeholders to produce an efficient and effective content strategy
  • Identifies and defines KPIs relevant to sales team productivity and sales tool effectiveness
  • Designs tools and reports for the sales management teams to enhance productivity and provide information to measure the impact of the sales force.  Presents sales data in an easy to understand manner (e.g. PowerBI dashboards) for sales leadership to utilize for strategy and actionable decision-making
  • Identifies, pilots, and owns new Sales Enablement programs
  • Generates sales enablement collateral (e.g. Rules of Engagement, Playbooks, etc.)
  • Supports the development of data strategy and stewardship
  • Supports the implementation and utilization of CRM
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred;  relevant experience in lieu of degree considered;
  • Three or more years of experience working in Sales, Sales Operations, or Sales Effectiveness
  • Experience running a Learning Management System and/or Content Management System
  • Knowledge of call planning, targeting, sales and marketing dynamics, and sales reporting
  • Must have strong commercial and business acumen
  • Strong understanding of business processes with the ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and deliver requested output timely and accurately
  • Ability to navigate matrix organizations effectively with proven ability to quickly earn the trust of peers and key stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities concurrently with shifting time frames, and meet deadlines; self-starter with high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow through
  • Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, PowerBI, SAP, and SFDC skills
