Global Quality Compliance and Supply Chain Operation Specialist (f/m/d)

We are currently looking for a Global Quality Compliance and Supply Chain Operation Specialist (f/m/d) to become part of this exciting opportunity and join our team by applying for the position.

The role supports the supply of materials and services to Lonza within area of responsibility by assessing the quality of the suppliers and their ability to meet defined requirements utilizing tools such as Quality Risk Management (QRM), supplier assessment/audit, change management, and complaint/deviation trend management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible to manage QAA templates and to complete/ revise QAA in due time, route for review before initiating approval process as well as for the interaction with the suppliers and the sites to complete this activity

  • Management of Vendor Change Notifications and ensures Lonza sites complete their quality impact assessment

  • Support reporting on QA Supplier performance for all assigned processes - this is to include Risk Assessment ranking and managing of defined KPI’s

  • Responsible for assigned systems and tools, runs the daily operations business collects and provides input for continuous improvements based on customer feedback and own experience

  • Responsible overall to extract data from diverse tools/systems upon request (as for supplier audit plan, agreement plan) and built efficient tracking and trending tools to support Supplier Monitoring

  • Participation in Quality/Compliance projects, aligned with the company strategy and group objectives e.g. Quality/Compliance Task Forces

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree or PhD in chemistry, biotechnology, life science, engineering, supply chain or similar

  • First experience in the GMP regulated pharmaceutical industry preferable with hands on experience within Quality Assurance, Vendor Change Management and Supply Chain operations

  • Very good communication skills and interaction with all kind of interfaces within the organization

  • Structured, focused and well-organized working attitude; open-minded for new ideas and suggestions; agile, highly motivated and dynamic drive

  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German knowledge is a great advantage
