As a sales operations manager, your role will focus on enhancing the manpower on sales operation and supply chain to support the business growth.

Key responsibilities:

1. Serve as a liaison to Supply Chain & Operations to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency

2.This role will involve in sales demand planning and forecasting in strategic level

3. This role provide is expected to continuously inspire and motivate the customer service team

4. Coordinates between relevant internal and external parties and ensures timely and accurate execution of sales , especially, delivery (order-to-cash) processes

5. We are looking for a efficiency champion to accelerate and improve the internal and external customer experience with a continuous process improvement mind set.
