    Key Responsibilities:

  • Role- Deputy Manager / Manager responsible to check the controls and takes adequate steps to mitigate the risk. The person will be responsible for month end closing, Audits etc.
  • This role is critical to perform the compliance and control checks at country level. There is new requirement also been forced thru Companies Act which mandatorily requires a declaration on adequate controls are in place and those prevailing controls are functional thru the year. This role is also to ensure that processes are adequately defined which places the adequate controls and those had been followed religiously. The person will be engaged in monthly closing under IFRS & IGAAP, Year end closing and audit preparation.
  • This role has the responsibility of ICS for LPBN
  • Responsible for R2R activities, month end closing, Audits etc.
  • Performing the checks on RCM as defined under IFC & Internal Audits
  • Review the documents on sample test basis to ascertain the compliance and controls are in place.
  • Engage the responsible stake holders to make them understand the control gaps, prevalent risks and ways to mitigate them.
  • Coordinate with external stake holders on control sample tests
  • Statutory audits for the legal entity
  • Ensure adequate documentations are prepared to validate the checks for timely audits.
  • Ensure that adequate segregation of duties are in place to ensure risks are mitigated.
  • Ensure adequate authorizations in SAP are placed to User’s which does not overlap the controls.
  • Analytical work on expense control part.
  • Perusal of SOP’s and ensure adequate documentations are maintained.
  • Define the process in association with stake holders in consultation with Country Finance Director.
  • Revise the existing process to ensure adequate controls are in place.
  • Prepare the SOP’s where ever such process is not in place.
  • Support Country Finance Director in migration to Ind AS & IFRS
  • Support Country Finance Director in devising the technical training module for Finance team
  • Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years of experience into pharma or KPO or any plant having manufacturing plant.
  • Knowledge of SAP (Expert Level), HFM working knowledge, Finance, MS Office.
  • Licenses or certification of IFRS preferable.
  • Ability to analyze, Good Communication skills both written and spoken English, Ability to hear and explain
