Key responsibilities:

  • Lead process transfer, scale-up and timely process implementation for clinical/commercial products

  • Authoring and owning technology transfer documents, change requests, process related deviations, investigations and CAPA

  • Responsible for technical support, troubleshooting and operational improvements for manufacturing process and equipment considering all regulatory requirements

  • Directly communicate with customers during campaign preparation, execution and closure including regular reporting of batch status and process performance

  • Continuous monitoring of critical process parameters (CPP), process trends and improvements through data review and analyses

  • Maintain alignment with other global manufacturing sites through shared knowledge, shared manufacturing data, shared manufacturing issues, and common solutions

Key requirements:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Biotechnology, chemical engineering or related discipline

  • Significant experience in the area of biopharma manufacturing and / or process development

  • GMP experience and understanding of bioprocess technology

  • Excellent communication skills in English, German would be beneficial
