Project Lead Supply Chain transformation

Lonza Visp is looking for a Project Lead Supply Chain transformation in the Small Molecule Division.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams for the transformation of the Supply Chain function of the Lonza Visp site, covering introduction of an existing SAP process model/blueprint, of Integrated Business Planning (Supply Planning) and of a detailed scheduling tool. For all sub projects this includes the responsibility and accountability for project initiation, planning, execution/implementation, monitoring and close out.

  • Drive the establishment, optimization, governance and oversight of the following SAP process areas: Supply Chain core/main process landscape, Integrated Business Planning (IBP Supply Planning) and detailed scheduling.

  • Lead and establish necessary change management measures to ensure a smooth transition and adherence to the SAP Execution Blueprint standards

  • Provide leadership in defining best practices and applying project management standards; assure that the project is on track and any issues can be proactively managed.

  • Conduct Project Team Meetings to ensure that all stakeholders are working in accordance to the agreed to Project Plan

Key requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree with technical background, or equivalent experience and extensive experience within the Supply Chain

  • Deep SAP knowledge in Production and Supply Chain Management in a regulated industry as well as proven expertise in process and system deployment and implementation

  • Comprehensive and proven Change Management capabilities

  • Ability to oversee and manage complex process and system landscapes considering pharmaceutical  requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience with managing large international project teams, and with direct and indirect team structures

  • Demonstrated crisis management skills, delivering under uncertain and high business pressure conditions

  • Proven knowledge and practical experience of a production function ideally of a pharmaceutical site
