HR Services Reporting & Data Specialist

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Services Reporting & Data Specialist to join our HR Operations team in San Jose, CR.
You will have key responsibility for manipulating large sets of data, producing custom reports and communicating them across the organization. This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to improve user experience by using summary views and propose system improvements.
Analyze data using statistical methods.
Organizing the aggregation of large amounts of data, building analytics models and tools and performing strategic/statistical analysis.
Presenting, explaining and discussing results of analysis and trends concisely and effectively.
Supporting the development of new HR Services reporting services offerings, content creation, value propositions and technology approach.
Supporting high-priority projects for senior management and/or the HR community.
Acting as single point of contact (SPOC) in a HR data and reporting educational/training capacity.
Participating in the development of test plans, testing, implementation, training and post implementation activities.
Translating business needs into reporting requirements with partners and other teams to ensure the successful delivery of client reporting.
Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletions.
Providing HR transactional reporting advisory services within HR Operations.
Researching primary data sources, selecting relevant information, analyzing key themes and trends and making recommendations to support the business.
Producing requirement specifications and outlining solution design documents for applicable HR technologies.
Analyzing, managing and prioritizing requirements for applicable HR Technologies.
What we need you to have:
At least 5 years’ experience in HR Shared Services environment or HR department.
Minimum Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Mathematics/Statistics or related field.
Strong knowledge of HR data and Workforce Analytics.
Strong knowledge of statistical theory and calculations and analytic methods.
Ability to generate data-driven insights.
Ability to bring strong personal impact with a global and solution-oriented mindset.
Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, high workload environment, and be able to manage multiple projects and objectives.
Preferable knowledge of Workday, Kronos and Case Management Tool (ServiceNow).
Service oriented working style and attitude.
Must have strong communication skills both verbally and written.
Proven logic and decision-making abilities, critical thinking skills.
High level of proficiency with Office 365 suite.
