Global Insurance Coordinator (80%)

In this role you will be responsible and accountable for the coordination of the Group’s global insurance programs. You will support the Head of Corporate Insurance in the implementation of the Group’s strategic insurance management. You will take the lead on specific insurance management initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provides implementation, coordination, servicing and administration of the Group’s global insurance programs

  • Takes the lead in developing and optimizing the processes and reporting of the Group’s global insurance programs

  • Responsible and accountable for responsible for accurate and timely claims coordination

  • Interacts, influences and manages strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners (insurers, brokers, loss adjusters, etc.)

  • Planes and coordinates the organization of insurance risk audits and monitors loss prevention programs

  • Supports tender activities related to renewals of global insurance programs and/or to broker agreements

  • Tracks and monitors broker activities and performance

  • Takes the lead on specific insurance management initiatives and cross-functional projects

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance

  • A minimum of 5 years work experience in an international business environment, non-life insurance management is a plus

  • Excellent English and German proficiency (oral and in writing), French is a plus

  • Experienced in project management

  • Very strong analytical skills to support complex business analysis

  • Strong process orientation and structured work approach

  • Good communication skills to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders

  • Hands on with drive to challenge status quo

  • Independent and pro-active workstyle

  • Excellent IT skills, in particular strong knowledge of MS Office products
