We are looking for a highly motivated and driven HR Marketing Manager to help us promote our company as a great place to work. You’ll do this primarily by creating engaging content, building on- and offline relationships with potential candidates and creating an overall positive employee experience.

HR Marketing Manager responsibilities include reaching out to online and offline communities to promote our company and open roles, developing and enhancing a powerful careers page to enable a smooth online candidate journey, as well as hosting job fairs or online events for various target groups (f.ex. graduates). To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, experience in digital marketing and be familiar with HR processes in general and Recruiting in particular. Ultimately, you will help us establish a strong employer brand and attract and keep top talent at our site in Visp.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate all employer branding activities of our Visp site according to the Visp recruiting plans and in line with the global Talent Attraction strategy

  • Enrich our careers page and social media accounts with professional multimedia content, authentic employee testimonials and useful infographics

  • Create relevant content that shows our life at work, our company culture as well as our great benefits

  • Coordinate and manage recruiting campaigns and spread job ads on various channels, according to our Global Employer Branding

  • Help to build and maintain a positive employee experience by inspiring existing employees, integrating them into our corporate culture and  ultimately activating them as brand ambassadors

  • Establish a recognized Internship program

  • Engage in regional projects to ensure a Welcome Culture
    for our diverse employees 

Key requirements:

  • BSc in Marketing, HR or relevant field

  • Fluency in German and English required, French preferred

  • Work experience as a HR Marketing Manager or similar role

  • Experience in digital marketing and Human Resources

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Creativity, good storytelling and writing abilities

  • Familiarity with event planning
