Project Manager Supply Chain Integration
For Lonza AG in Basel Randstad (Switzerland) AG is looking for a Project Manager Supply Chain (f/m/d). Workingplace is remote.

This role is responsible to develop, manage and drive detailed project plans enabling the global E2E supply chain excellence transformation program objectives and associated business case to be realized in line with expectations. He/she is the go-to person for everything involving the overall program or individual project’s organization, timeline, cost.
Strategize, implement, maintain supply chain project initiatives that adhere to agreed BU/cross objectives
Co-ordinate people, leads, processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results
Provide coaching to project managers and team members
Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement vs. desired objectives & outcomes including change approach and management
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance for the entire program
Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
Work closely with program sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
Develop a detailed program-/ project plan to track progress
Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors/consultants
Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports / escalation for management and stakeholders.
Manage the relationship with the sponsor and all stakeholders
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
MSc, Diploma or PhD in Business Administrator, Science, Chemistry or similar Degree in Life science with strong supply chain background
5+ years in an advanced management / operations role (preference program management experience)
Intermediate knowledge in Finance and IT
Masters APICS CPIM professional standards. Certifications Prince2 and MS project
Basic SAP knowledge incl. SAP ECC and Planning suite
English on a high level, written and spoken is mandatory, German will be an advantage
Ability to communicate effectively and at all levels within an organization
Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles & performance evaluation processes
