Manager, Site Supply Planner

The Manager, Site Supply Planner is responsible for flawless coordination of site portfolio execution including planning alignment (from demand to execution), robust sourcing information and customer interactions. Responsible and accountable for all medium and short term planning processes to ensure fully integrated asset capacity planning, labor planning and material planning.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide forecasting scenario integrating demand within operation network capacities over a rolling 2 to 5 year time horizon 

  • SC&PM Team or SC Team management including optimal resources allocation, hiring, gap analysis and talent development

  • Manages the Supply Planning Team and site Supply Review process 

  • Adherence to the SAP Execution Blueprint Standards 

  • Adherence to the SAP 10 global standards

  • Responsible for maintaining and tracking the Master Data and Execution SAP KPIs; putting in place corrective actions 

  • Responsible for developing supply chain SAP competencies

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Science

  • Significant professional experience in supply chain and planning

  • Significant Leadership experience with direct reports

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • Exceptional SAP skills
