QA Expert for Documentation

At our site in Visp we are currently looking for a QA Expert for Documentation who is responsible for the Management of Quality relevant documents as soon as they are finalized until they are sent to the customer or discarded.

Key responsibilities:

  • Owner of the True Copy Scanning process (and SOP) and like this optimizes the current process in respect to amount and types of documents that can be scanned. This includes the periodic review of the process, training of involved employees and maintenance of access rights.

  • Maintenance of the true copy scanning process

  • Drives the decision to either destroy the true scanned documents or sent the paper version to the customer

  • Responsible to drive the decisions on the way forward for paper documentation on stock however exceeding the archiving dates (based on Lonza SOP) in close collaboration with QA Operations resp. documentation owner (send to customer or destroy)

  • Reviews the status of Quality Agreements in close collaboration with QA Operations (which Quality Agreements can be withdrawn)

  • QA representative and QA contact person for potential external archiving of documents

Key requirements:

  • Professional appearance and attitude to establish and maintain excellent working relationship with customers (mainly internal customers)

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work in partnership as an active member of a team and/or cross functional working groups

  • Ability to prioritize and manage work to meet timelines in a fast-paced environment
