Lead Support and Integration Specialist

Lonza is looking for a remote Lead Support and Integration Specialist to join their team. This candidate will provide advanced application support and systems integration and troubleshooting to customers. They will work closely with the development, implementation, and quality teams to evaluate and verify programs function according to specifications and standards and work closely with customers on configurations and basic integrations.
Provide solutions and advanced support for software product to customers
Work closely with Software Quality Control and Development management
Maintain excellent customer service reputation with timely responses and resolutions
Help improve software product by adding input and ideas that add value for customers
Maintain Knowledge Base and Tracking System
Communicate effectively through phone, email, or computer sharing sessions with clients regarding Lonza related software subjects
Create, write, and maintain software support documentation and other technical writings
Document and log defects in defect tracking system and assist QA/QC Manager in controlling issues through final disposition
Creating test data and executing ad hoc test scenarios
Help create and deliver hotfixes and patches to customers
Work closely with customers on configurations and basic system integrations
B.S. Degree or equivalent experience
Professional experience working in a software support and/or testing environment within Pharmaceutical environments with knowledge and experience of lab systems
Ability to work independently
Knowledge and experience with Windows client and server Operating Systems
Knowledge and Experience with SQL Developer and SQL Management Studio
Knowledge and Experience with MS Office tools
Excellent English Written and Verbal skills
Able to multi-task within defined timelines
Able to consistently meet deadlines
Possess excellent and consistent record keeping
Knowledge and experience with technical writing and test case writing
