Our successful Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) branch Drug Product Services (DPS) offers a holistic phase-appropriate approach to parenteral drug product development and manufacturing to our clients as well as exciting job opportunities. Understand and facilitate mapping processes enabling the team to deliver effective solutions
Mentor Green Belts and support Black Belts in executing game changing initiatives and projects using lean and six sigma methodologies
Act as site champion of the Lonza Lean Operating system including but not limited to lean leadership, basic belt trainings (white and yellow), 8 wastes, PDCA/A3 problem solving, Kaizen activities, DMAIC, and creating efficient processes
Support identification and assessment of lean opportunities as well as lead improvement/problem solving kaizen workshops
Help prioritizing projects with greatest benefit and support delivery with well executed sustainable steps
Collaborate with department to identify and implement key Hoshin metrics at appropriate levels of the business
Provide strategic input to align and prioritize lean/CI initiatives & project objectives for the business area ensuring there is no overlap or conflict of local improvements with wider transformational objectives
Oversee co-ordination of process improvement projects at the site and adopt a PMO approach to management and delivery ensuring sustainability
Work with functional leaders to establish continuous improvement goals
Act as liaison with finance to build improvement budgets and validate actual improvement return on investment (ROI) results
University degree in Business, Science, Engineering or equivalent
Significant knowledge of Lean Six Sigma preferably black belt certified
Substantial experience in Operational Excellence leading initiatives on site level
Proven track record in guiding organizations through changes
Advocate of LEAN methodologies
Excellent command of English; German of advantage
