Engineering Technical Trainer

We are looking for a Engineering Technical Trainer to join us here at our Engineering site of excellence in Slough.
As an Engineering Technical Trainer, you will be delivering, reviewing and generating quality onboarding, technical training and training material to associated GMP standards for staff within Engineering.
The key responsibilities include:
Creating and managing a training program to ensure engineering staff maintain compliance
Establishing and executing an Induction, Core and Specialist training program for our engineering teams at Slough site
Identify improvements to the training program and implement continuous improvement activities.
Troubleshooting any issues identified and work within the department and cross-functionally to propose solutions and resolve those issues.
Co-ordinate and conduct technical training sessions for staff with due regard to GMP requirements in consultation with the engineering leads
Ensuring staff training documentation is completed in compliance with site and Global procedures
Provide weekly updates on training progress vs plan to management.
Monitor the effectiveness of training given by the use of assessments
Identify gaps in the current training material and improve or create material to allow effective training
Further education qualification in Engineering preferably or Life Sciences/Biosciences related together with practical experience in an industrial setting or equivalent
Highly experienced with a background in Engineering facilities and utilities.
Experience in an engineering training role or some form of training involvement in current role.
Training certifications or qualifications would be desirable.
Support a culture of process improvement, help others learn from experience and demonstrates an openness to trying new approaches.
Delivers on individual and team objectives, expresses ideas that will improve the business area
Manager customer relations professionally and effectively.
Develops insights that can be used to enhance customer satisfaction.
