LSI is looking for a Marketing Excellence and Project Management Lead supporting our MCS division located in Basel, Switzerland.
You establish policies and governance in all aspects of the marketing process and drive the improvement of defined marketing framework and tools. You are the process owner of the campaigns, coordinating the planning implementation, monitoring and reporting all MCS marketing campaigns.
Create a marketing framework, together with the Project Management Head, for the MCS business for use across all regions
Drive improvements and best practice in marketing by developing and implementing best in class processes and tools
Monitor, drive and support marketing projects and campaigns globally to ensure teams are held accountable for success
Ensure a seamless launch process from innovation pipeline tool to Salesforce.com (SFDC) with efficient campaign management
Implement key marketing reporting mechanisms, including dashboards to provide key stakeholders and management with insights for better campaign steering
Lead campaign management and provide guidance on governance and roadmap development across all regions
Continuous to improve and embed the Challenger sales processes into the organization
Responsible for develop, implement and sustain the lead management process
Chair of the SFDC governance meeting keeping alignment on the process and support knowledge transfer
Lead various marketing excellence and improvement projects
Proactively work with Marketing and sales team to continuously improve our marketing excellence process
Ensure SFDC data quality, improve tools and reports by working with internal teams responsible for respective datasets
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required – MBA is preferred
Expert in the marketing process with significant experience in marketing excellence roles
Skilled at influencing across non-reporting teams with an ability to encourage and leverage collaboration across regions
Experienced project manager
Adept at navigating and succeeding in a complex matrix environment
Skilled communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams within the business
Culturally sensitive having had a wide-ranging career with global reach
Proven ability to influence key senior decision-makers and drive change
Driver of performance excellence and continuous improvement
Strong analytical skills and data driven approach to problem-solving
