LSI is looking for a Business Analyst and Project Coordinator supporting our SCS business located in Basel, Switzerland.
In this role, you are the data expert of different systems, such as Salesforce.com and SAP/BW.
Support for Marketing & Sales Excellence projects such as CRM/SalesForce improvement, Digitalization, Pipeline, Customer Segmentation, Service Level and Market Intelligence, etc.
Data analysis for Strategic project (whale curve analysis, pipeline reports, etc.)
Be the member of CRM/SalesForce governance meeting and represent SCS
Set up and support Master Data definition such as market fields, product hierarchy, etc. and work flow such as inputs, approval and hygiene check
Support for other strategic projects if necessary.
Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Economics
Experienced project manager
Very familiar with the CRM system Salesforce.com
Strong analytical skills and data driven approach to problem-solving
Proficient in working with Microsoft tools (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Power BI), esp. Power Pivot and Analysis
Outstanding Excel know-how including macros
Solid experience with SAP and Business warehouse
Preferably knowledge of sales-, supply-chain and order-to-cash processes
Creative in searching for solutions.
Skilled English communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams within the business
An ability to work efficiently to deadlines.
