This position will enable the team to drive and deliver relevant projects.  People, Capabilities and Leadership is a specific project with focus on recruitment and engagement activities in CGT and specifically in Houston due to the significant growth of the site.  Progress has been made with recruitment of current openings, but this role is needed to drive CGT name recognition and advertising to pipeline future roles in 2021 and beyond.  Additional support will focus on sites ability to share and celebrate successes and improve communication channels including newsletter, town halls.  This will create a stronger sense of community, purpose and enable employees to have awareness of successes, achievements and growth at the site encouraging them to stay and be a part of future successes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate CRM and market activities for CGT business unit

  • Coordinate the CGT involvement in events, tradeshows, digital communications, website and social media with central marketing

  • coordinate the CGT recruitment advertising for HR purposes – working closely with HRBP and other relevant HR functions

  • Create a yearly internal collaboration roadmap, including planning and budget

  • Coordinate internal activities relevant for CGT employees

  • Support and/or lead site-specific project/campaigns/events

  • Support interactions / activities with external stakeholders as necessary

  • ensure application of global communication standards, processes and guidelines

  • help facilitating Corporate initiatives/campaigns at the sites (e.g. Corporate videos or GTEs)

Key requirements:

  • University degree in business, marketing or similar field

  • A minimum of 3-5 previous experience in business or marketing

  • Fluent in English, other languages a clear plus

  • consulting skills

  • Knowledge in new technologies

  • Good writing skills, conceptual skills, experience as a project leader

  • Good social competencies

  • Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, confidentiality
